Typical "one day" interview carousel with leadership, peers, and staff. Overall, I think the interviewing went well, though (as posted by others here) their motivations/goals seemed nebulous at best. A lot of the prescreening and interview time was committed to solving (unrelated) technical challenges and the establishment of engineering processes, but the ultimate feedback I received was that the position was geared more toward leadership and mentorship -- none of which was raised or discussed by the interviewers.
