The interview team consisted of four highly educated adults who for whatever reason asked the same questions an hr person from a department store asks the potential part-time associate. Asked how in the past had I handled delivering bad news or how would I respond to a negative comment questions seem shallow and unprepared. And no I did not get the job. The HR did email me that I didn't make the first cut but to keep trying which I did sincerely appreciate.
