The interview process was extensive and, at times, confusing. While the owners of the company are efficient and well-mannered with good intentions, the nature of the interview (including the inconsistent communication and job responsibilities) was discouraging. I continued the process for a quantitative time of two weeks and the expectation/anticipation to dedicate at least 5-years to the company. Although I was told that my desired compensation was something they could achieve but would result in high expectations, I was offered 25% less of what I requested (very significant in the office's location given high cost of living). I countered back and was told there would be discussion and a call-back. I provided a week to decide and had to call myself to decline. Outside of not recognizing my name it was brief and impersonal. Great starting job with potential but not for tenured professional. I wish them the best of luck.
