Applied online and didn't hear anything for about a month before being offered an interview via email. First interview was with two supervisors and lasted about 45 minutes, and then about three days later I was offered a second interview with two different higher up people. This one lasted an hour and a half (forty five minutes over the allotted time!) and I thought it went great. About a week later I learned that I had not gotten the position

The process took a couple of months. Everyone I interacted with was warm and welcoming. I had an initial phone screening, then a 5 person panel interview, then the final interview at the place I would be working in. It was a very positive experience overall.
