Overall, a great experience. At first I had received an email saying I didn't get the job - this was a mistake and I was actually called for a phone interview 2 weeks later! A pleasant surprise... I spoke with two people on the team over the phone. My in-person interview was with one of the same women from the phone interview plus her supervisor, who is the team leader. I already had an offer on the table elsewhere at this point, and when I told them this they were able to fast-track the final interview, which was more of a meet and greet with the rest of the team that I hadn't met yet. It was more casual, off-site at a cafe near the office. Everyone had a chance to ask me questions, and I had the chance to ask everyone else questions, and it was really great. They offered me the job at the end of the week. The whole process took about 2 weeks from the phone interview (about 4 weeks from the time I submitted my application).
