After a 30 minute phone screening I was invited to interview with three different people on the hiring team. Mostly standard interview questions, plenty of opportunity to ask questions about the work and culture.

Very straightforward. Started with a simple phone interview then followed by a panel interview with other staff members. Questions revolved around the position responsibilities, my interest in the organization, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
