Overall, a wonderful experience. The hiring manager was knowledgeable and transparent about the process and expectations for the role. The interview panel asked thoughtful, intentional questions that made for a genuinely engaging conversation.

However, during the interview, I faced some challenges. Firstly, the interviewer did not initially mentioned on what to expect or what we are going to discuss during the interview. Secondly, her explanation of the role was confusing and scattered. Lastly, it was not clear what the expected outcome of the role was, and it seemed like they just needed someone to fill the position temporarily. I didn't see any opportunities for future growth or advancement. There was a lack of clarity during the interview on the information shared. Unfortunately, due to these factors, I had a negative experience as a candidate for the position at Nature Conservancy.
