The phone interviews were supposed to last a specified amount of time and they all went over the time limit. There were successive phone calls to put me in touch with local Area Directors via the local Sales Director. This never happened. I immediately inquired as to why the Sales Director never contacted me and there was no reply. Weeks later another person other than the Sales Director said there was a miscommunication and asked was I still interested. There was no definitive answer regarding the commission payment process and terms of employment were ambiguous. Finally, throughout the interview process in emails and the Corporate video there was a sense of arrogance expressed through words chosen like we only select the best and we're very picky about who we hire, trying to make the Company appear as if they were indomitable. Their lack of recognition of competitors and refusal to admit that digital media would erode their opportunity exposed such a blind spot I couldn't respond to their attempt to re-start the interview process.

Very informative and I felt comfortable the entire time. Angie was very nice and I enjoyed talking with her about the opportunity. She made sure I understood everything and didn't know and didn't mind me asking questions with all the information she gave.
