Everyone at The Fool did an amazing job from start to finish. I had a bit of a unique experience as I had a couple other job offers extended before my first interview but The Fool rushed through the entire process in under a week so that I could make the best, most informed decision possible. The interview process consisted of a couple screener rounds (one with HR, one with team leads) followed by a take home assignment. Then a final mega-interview with stakeholders and other team members. I was able to get a sense of how the organization worked and who I would be working with.
