J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Motley Fool (Washington, DC) en mai 2019
Entretien
Quick phone screen with recruiter, 1-hour video chat with future team members, then an on-site interview with a rotating panel of people. Only issue I had was a lag in the video chat which made conversation a little bit awkward, but pretty minor.
At every stage, the interviewers were very casual, funny, and welcoming. Knowing the culture now, this interview process was very representative of what you get when you start full-time.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Motley Fool (Alexandria, VA) en févr. 2021
Entretien
Applied online. Heard back within a week. Initial phone screening for 30 mins. Second round interview with potential boss. Third round group interview with 8 different potential team members. Everything happened over the span of about a month. Even when there were larger gaps the recruiter was communicative and positive. Finally received and accepted an offer.
Phone screening x2. Then they paid for travel for an on-site interview pre-COVID. About a two weeks after interviewing, had a follow up call with HR and eventually got the offer
