Resumes are sent to management, if they like your resume the recruiter wil have a phone interview with you. If you pass that, you'll be invited in for a face to face interview with two managers. if your interview went well, you'll have a second interview with management. If you're offered a position, you need to pass a drug test, background check including driving record. Our process is long, don't expect a quick turnaround.
