Entretien
There were two rounds of interviews. First with the Chief Business Officer and second with the Business Director. Both were pretty standard interviews. They just wanted to see if you knew what you were doing and that you could pick the role up and run with it. They also explained the background of the agency. They focused on seeing if you were a good fit culturally too.

Spoke about my previous experiences. What I'm looking for. Why would I consider moving to a smaller agency. Where I see myself moving to in the future. Had to explain successful situations I found myself in and also how I managed difficult situations and how I problem solve.
