Very informal process sitting and talking to the manager and another employee. It felt like they were simply going through the motions and not at all interested. The HR person was very enthusiastic about me, but I felt they never truly took me seriously! I have had many different careers and have taken time off to pursue an advanced degree and elder care. The manager; who had worked at the same company for decades, seemed highly uncomfortable. I honestly don't know if it was because this small town person couldn't fathom having multiple careers, or age or ability status may have been a factor!
