Assessment day split into 3 parts 1) Individual interview - questions around motivation, resilience, tenacity, examples of teamwork where the outcome was successful/not successful 2) Individual case study - information booklet provided which had to be dissected with the objective of producing a short bullet point report (2 paragraphs) and oral presentation (10 mins). 3) Group case study - same scenario, 10 mins to assess information provided then 20 mins to discuss with each team member having to justify their choices and then a final 5 -10 min oral group presentation
