The interview process consists of 4 stages 1. Phone screening You will speak with the HR Administrator who outlines the role and next steps. Also availability for the 1st in-person interview. 2. In-person interview You will meet with the HR Admin and a Director. They will ask you the standard interview questions, if you’re a student they’ll ask when you expect to finish and also ask what you do for fun (social life outside of work) 3. Criteria & DISC Testing If your interview goes well, the HR Admin will contact you to arrange tests. If you have a non-technical role like this one, the mathematical/analytical type quiz is not as essential to score well on. The personality testing is done to see if you fit their company values and to see which Director you would work best with in a team 4. In-person interview If all above stages go well you will make it to this final round. You will meet with the remaining directors just to discuss yourself really. You as a person, testing results and company culture/perks are primary discussed during this final interview.
