This was probably the quickest, friendliest, and most enjoyable hiring process I have been a part of - everyone was positive, friendly and professional. The entire process took about 2 weeks from the initial interview to receiving an offer.
The first interview was with the Chief People Officer. We discussed the role, LTV’s history, culture and products, the team I would be working with, and my experience. She also gave me an overview of the challenge for the position. Honestly, I’m always excited to do a challenge - it’s a perfect opportunity to demonstrate what I can do and set myself apart from the rest of the pack. It was also completely up to me how much time I wanted to spend on the challenge and when to return it. I opted to (and was happy to) spend 8 hours on the challenge, which I returned three days after receiving it.
The second interview was with the Chief People Officer and Chief Product Officer. I was able to walk them through my challenge materials and discuss how I reached my conclusions.
The last round of interviews was with the founders and General Counsel. These were really conversational. They were able to learn about me and my experience, and I was able to get to know about them, their expectations for the role, and where the company was headed.
