I just graduated college and I've been looking for a company that would allow me to grow a career. This place sounds like I'll have the opportunity to grow and build for myself. Everything I heard so far was exactly what I was looking for. Just waiting for a call back.

The process didn't take too long- looked up their company here on Glassdoor, wasn't really impressed and almost didn't apply but after looking at their website I figured, why not. This role is completely based on commission, and the person who was interviewing me mentioned making a ton of money with tenure in the role.

Tell me about yourself, how do you organize your day?
We are located in Pennsylvania. We do not have a location in Massachusetts. Qualified candidates normally start with a pay structure that is Draw Salary + Commission. Our senior people always make $100k+ annually.

Entretien
The process was was very straightforward. The hiring manager wanted to know all about my experience in the mortgage industry. I was very impressed by the firsthand knowledge of the mortgage industry that the manager had. This is definitely a place where I can grow and refer my Realtors to.
