I sat with the director of records and had a lovely chat about the role. Surprisingly, she asked me questions that dug deep into learning my values, interests, passions, plans for my future, and what I want to get out of my employer. I felt like I was genuinely heard, understood, and like she was actually trying to find the right person for the role rather than just filling a seat. I left that interview feeling excited and inspired!
