We scheduled a phone interview - they didn't call. I received an apology and rescheduled - they didn't call. I didn't hear back for a week so I emailed. I received another apology and we rescheduled. For the third time I didn't get a call. Two weeks passed without communication so I rescinded my application. I then received another apology and a contrived written timeline showing this person was trying to cover their actions with superiors. Totally sketchy and I would never work for them.
