It was pretty streamlined. The interview felt much more like a conversation than it was an interview which was quite the relief. A lot of times an interview would instantly resemble an interrogation room. The office was very nice from what I saw. Unfortunately, they didn't give me a tour of the place and the interviewer kind of brushed the commissions discussion aside.
