I would like to share my interview experience with the Jonah Group. In my first screening call, after discussing the details and experience I was told that my qualifications are a bit “here and there”. I wasn’t sure on how to react on that feedback but I believe qualifications should be screened well before calling a candidate. Then during the technical interview process- in one situation where I was being asked about a security scenario and at the end of explaining and letting interviewer know that I’m unable to recall more at this point - the interviewer made a comment “I’m really concerned about that bank's security”; I initially shared my latest working experience was with the Bank. Humiliating candidate during an interview process in such a way is so unkind. I’m glad not to be selected and not a part of such a working culture. This totally shows how frustrated your employees are that they are in such a mental state where they don’t even know how to treat others with respect. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to know about the Jonah group.
