It was a waste of time. I got phone interview and thought it went well. Then the recruiter sent me an email that I had to do two assignments. The first one was a powerpoint, I did that took me 2 hours. Then after you do a personality test. Guess what? I failed the personality test. I didn’t know that you could be scored on a personality test. like how does a personality test has to do with anything about your work ethic? most of them are not even accurate. so I got turned down. just a huge waste of time and it’s unfair that they use a personality test to determine your character. especially when you have a lot of work experience to do the job.
