Interview was short and sweet. It was conducted in the employer's office and was a one-on-one interview. She asked me a few questions about myself, a little bit about my experience and why I wanted to work with children. She also asked if there was any type of disorder or type of case I did not want to work with or would like to avoid.

You do fifteen hours of training via a power point presentation then you have a quick interview. It goes over everything from who they are and how to do the job as a TSS employee. The paperwork, do's and don't's and all that is expected for you to do on your own. It is a laid back interview that goes over why you are there and what your goals are.
