J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Infinite Agency (Dallas, TX) en oct. 2016
Entretien
The interview process was fast, painless and very pleasant. Flip, the founder, reached out to me on Linkedin. Within a week and a half, I had a phone interview with him, a second phone interview with another company exec, and finally a group interview with my future team.
The team interview felt natural, easy, and more like a conversation than an interrogation. I left feeling like I could see myself with the team, and by the end of the day I received an offer! I even emailed a member later with additional questions, and she was kind of to answer my questions in great detail.
In all, it's very apparent how important community, integrity and culture is to the company.

When I arrived at the office, I was escorted into the conference room by the Interactive Director and another employee. They asked me questions about my work history, about my resume, and about my character and personality for half an hour or more. Shortly after, one of the owners came in (the one who originally contacted me and asked me to come in for the interview) and talked AT me about the core values and work environment at Infinite. I was contacted several days later with a job offer and asked to come back in for "orientation" before I started.
