First, I received a phone interview from their corporate office. Next, I went to the store and met with someone in HR. Third, I interviwed with the manager. After the interview with the manager, I was offered the job on the spot!

You're technically 'hired' before you arrive. The problem is on the website you are only given vague options. Then when you go in, they say the position you want is not open.

I interviewed with 2 different managers. They seemed to be intelligent women and they were friendly. We went over the hours and pay and what the job would entail. Once I agreed they had me make an account and start up my background check and they said they will get back to me when the background check is finished. Also they said there will be a drug test.
