Once you do the online portion, they call you in to see where you'll fit best. This in person interview determines what department you will be in initially. It also lets you ask questions that were not possible in the online interview.

Very easy - basically questions are mostly on availability. They want to have enough people, especially on weekends. Important to show experience in customer service. Also cashier experience is a plus.

They call you and do a phone interview and then they get in the interview and ask you basic question about the position at hand. Like able to lift, read, explain, solve their issue on any DIY projects they're doing
