I recently went through the interview process at The Home Depot, and my experience was a mixed bag.
The first interview went well; I spoke with Marcina Pattam, who was very nice and professional. It then advanced to a more aggressive and intuitive interview with Anne Marie Slaton, who asked a lot of situational questions. They were looking for STAR answers (Situation, Task, Action, and Result).
The second interview didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped, but I still felt positive and thought I was being considered for another round of interviews.
However, after two weeks of silence despite multiple attempts to communicate via email and LinkedIn, I found it very unprofessional that they decided to ghost me. This experience left me with a negative sentiment, and it looks like I'll be shopping at Lowe's moving forward.
