I first applied online, and then got a call relatively quickly from someone in the HR department to schedule and interview. The online application was pretty basic. The interview mainly consisted on behavioral questions.

Easy. Basic questions about ability to trouble shoot home repair questions. Asked questions on past customer service skills. Asked questions on availability. Asked questions about future goals. Overall it was a basic interview

The interview process was just a few questions. And some on the computer. I feel like I wasn’t accepted for many reasons. As usual in this town you’re a minority of you’re white. You don’t get picked if anyone else shows up.
