In person short and easy interview. Explored options other than original applied position. It was good because I did not know that I could since, at the time, I did not have any sort of experience in sales or handling complex orders.

Very easy - basically questions are mostly on availability. They want to have enough people, especially on weekends. Important to show experience in customer service. Also cashier experience is a plus.

They call you and do a phone interview and then they get in the interview and ask you basic question about the position at hand. Like able to lift, read, explain, solve their issue on any DIY projects they're doing
