The overall process was incredibly quick. I applied online, had a phone screen with a recruiter, later that week had an interview with merchants that consisted of a case study and behavioral questions, and rounded out the process with an interview with a Merchandising VP. I got my offer the very next day.

You apply online. If you are selected, a recruiter contacts you for a phone screen and to do an online assessment. After there is a 2 hour interview, the first hour they give you a case and ask you to report your findings. The second hour is presenting your findings to merchants and then answering typical behavioral questions. if you pass the round you then speak with a VP.
