Applied online via the Home Depot Career Portal, then was asked to take a series of online evaluations pertaining to customer service-type situations and general product knowledge. Received an email about one week later asking that I call a toll-free number to answer questions. I called and spoke to someone who asked me a few behavioral-type questions such as "Tel me about a time when you worked with a team to solve a problem>' Was offered an interview after answering the questions. I interviewed with the Operations Manager at my local store, where i was asked a specific series of questions form a booklet. The questions were also behavioral in nature, such as "How would you handle a rude customer?" etc. I was offered the position at the end of the interview.

Great process seems to be organized and coordinated. Overall a good process just low pay for what I was looking for. I worked at Lowe’s and it was much better.
