Entretien
First they emailed me to let me know a phone interview was going to be done. I missed the call so they sent me an email with a phone number and id number to complete the phone interview. After the phone interview, the interviewer told me about the exact position they wanted me for, which wasn't exactly what I applied for, but it was close. She then gave me an interview day and time to go interview at the actual store I applied to.
The questions on the phone and at the store were similar. Mostly questions like "tell me something you did at a previous job/school that helped you do X". Very simple interviews. No tough questions.
They then told me they would call me later in the week for a second interview. They didn't call me for about two weeks and I found other employment during that time so I didn't go in for the second interview.

Question 1
Nothing too difficult. "How would you make sure you safely used equipment to complete a task?"

The interview process was professional and conversational. The interviewer asked thoughtful questions about my experience and leadership style. It felt like they genuinely wanted to understand my fit for the role.

Short and to the point. The interview was as expected for this role. I would not recommend this role to someone that’s looking to supplement their income. The pay rate is very low.
