Apply online. Phone Interview. Set up live interview. 1:1 with Assistant Store Manager. Easy questions, motivated to hire. Pass background check, of course takes forever still. Pass drug test a week or more before background comes back. Can confirm misdemeanor was ok.

It started with an automated call. Then meet with the store manager. Learned about the job. I would be assisting with stocking the shelves and other miscellaneous tasks around the store. Ultimately decided to not take the position.
