Complete online app and skills assessment. Application is very generic and does not allow for any supplemental information. Only lets you list employers and job titles. Corporate screens apps and does not consider application criteria, most importantly, location when sending leads. Many positions are pre-posted for future anticipated positions vs. actual jobs to be filled. Corporate conducts phone screening and then selects candidates for in-store interviews with management. Meeting is with one or more staff members on location.

Met with HR manager and interview was pretty simple. Just went over experience and customer service questions. They usually want someone with experience for the job but it’s a good place to start as well if you’re looking to get into the industry. Training videos are provided but they are customer service heavy.

It was great and satisfying but the didn’t ask any questions about my technical skills. I thought that this could be the pivot point in the interview. I think this position requires more sales skills than creative skills.
