I applied online through the homedepot careers page. Not even 24 hours later I got a call from the HR department at their headquarters in Ontario. I scheduled a phone interview. At the end I was put on hold and when she came back she scheduled me for an in person interview the next day. I met with the assistant department manager and had a sit down interview. Three days later I got a call to have a meeting with the store manager. He called it the final interview, but it was very casual. We just sat and talked for about 30-45 mins. About hobbies, interests, passions. It was very casual and comfortable. At the end of that meeting I was offered the job on spot.
