Interview experience went very well. Had two rounds of interviewers and each person I met with was friendly and welcoming. Made me feel like the company would be a good fit for me.
The interview process was quite long, with two written assignments, three rounds of interviews, and one HR interview. It was definitely a big time commitment, but each step felt intentional and relevant. The questions weren’t just about coming up with a comms plan, but also how I’d adjust it based on different scenarios and changing client needs.
Even though the process was extensive, it felt very genuine. I got a clear sense that they were really trying to understand how you think and work, especially in an agency setting where things can shift quickly.
What stood out most was the people. In every conversation, the interviewers came across as thoughtful and very people-oriented. They spoke about their colleagues in a way that showed real respect, and it didn’t feel hierarchical. Senior team members seemed to view junior colleagues as partners, not just subordinates, and that same tone came through in the HR interview as well.
Overall, it was a long process, but a positive one that gave a good sense of both the role and the culture.

Very smooth and team was helpful, the entire interview process was facilitated well and were always there to answer any questions. Questions asked were also relevant to the job. Written test was interesting and I was given a good amount of time to complete
