Interview process is very simple. First interview by store manager and second interview by area manager. Asked some basic questions. Also they explained what will be the job and procedure of floor and product training. Asked any holidays booked, Explain about minimum wage and how commission worked.
Brief initial chat with manager then second interview with manager and area manager. Pleasant interview experience, expect to display interest in health and alternative medicines ect. Great interview process to understand if you are actually suitable for the role
