-Phone interview first, which was to explain who you were and how you would fit with the company
-1v1 the next week at the facility itself
-Personality questions were the premise
-Be honest about your experience
Recruiter interview then panel interview. Recruiter interview was just a few questions to ensure you could work the schedule. Panel interview was basically the star method for general behavior questions. Most were around customer service.
