Applied and got an email from a recruiter to apply for different listing for a Claims Processor position. After applying I got a phone call and interviewed with the recruiter. I then was contacted a couple weeks later to do a video interview with the hiring team. I felt like the interview went great. But a few days later I got a generic email late at night saying I didn’t get the position. It felt very impersonal especially since I talked to them on video.
