Fairly straightforward. I applied and heard back within a couple weeks for an interview. We set it up and it was online. They were on time and professional. It was pretty clear to me that the job wasn't the right fit for me during the interview, but they were still very nice.

Most of the questions were like "name a time where you had to solve a problem".. "describe a time when you..."
