A half hour internal recruiter call followed by a one hour panel interview with 3 interviewers. The interviews were rapid firing questions with no rhyme or reason throughout the hour and did not leave me any time to ask my own questions, although they did stay past the allotted time to give me a chance to ask about their organization. The job I interviewed for was posted as "REMOTE" in all capital letters. When I was offered the job, the hiring manager tried to change it to an on-site role. They also offered below my required salary range, after I have spent significant time talking to the recruiter about my desired salary. They had assured me that the role would fall into my desired range, then when the offer came in low, acted as if we had never had the conversation about compensation. The company wasted my time.

Tell us about a time you resolved a conflict within your team.
The interview panel did a thorough job of determining qualifications and experience for the role. Several rounds of interviews were conducted. The HR/Recruiting team dropped the ball in communication. No responses were given after multiple attempts. Corporate communication completely dropped out of sight and failed miserably. Eventually, the automated rejection was received more than a month after the final interview. Treat all candidates like adults. We can handle rejection, but at least inform us when you have made a decision.
