Three part interview. First a phone screening from the university relations team, then an interview with a team lead, and finally an interview with the hiring manager. The middle interview was definitely the toughest.

Initial contact via email, followed by phone interview with HR and in person interview with the manager that was hiring for the position. There are usually 2 people present from that department and both ask questions.
