I just had an onsite interview with Hanover. It was a very pleasant experience including booking the flight at convenient time, arranging car services between airport and hotel/company and very nice hotel. The people who interviewed me are quite nice, they listened carefully what I did and helped me to understand what they do and even shared lots of advice. I met VPs and managers from various actuarial departments. This is good for both me and the company, we both get to know each other better. I highly recommend Hanover.
