Normal interview process, went through resume and some tech questions. HR and Actuary are both very nice, and the atmosphere was very relax. The company is global but office in US seem to be not big. I also do not want to be relocated outside New York. I do appreciate the culture of the company, it is less intense.

Got a call from HR for a phone interview a few weeks after applying. Very casual conversation which caught me off guard; expected more competency-based questions. Felt more like being felt out as a person than an employee. Interviewer gave an opportunity to ask your own questions at the end.

I had one phone interview and two on-site interviews. There was nothing too complicated or unexpected, very behavioral based. Everyone was very nice, welcoming, and willing to answer any question I had.

Question 1
The most difficult question was to share an experience where I felt discouraged and how I got past it. The interview felt like it was more to gauge whether I'd fit into the culture.
