Total interview/hiring process took less than 4 weeks. Applied for claims trainee position, received an e-mail from a recruiter asking to sent up a phone interview two days after application received. Went over skills and experience during phone interview and was guided to apply for a different position as the initial position had been filled internally. I was invited to interview a week later at the Hanover office in Howell, MI. Job shadowed in Agency Services Associate position for 30 minutes, then interviewed with two supervisors in Commercial Lines department as well as the manager of that department. Finished with a 30 minute phone interview with the CL manager in the Worcester office. After the interview concluded, the recruiter asked to set up an additional phone interview 4 days later with both the Director of CL and a manager of CL, located in the Worcester office. Each person I interviewed with was very friendly, knowledgeable and conversational. Great experience.

The interview process took around two weeks. I had an interview over the phone first. Then a scheduled interview at the location. It was very thoroughly but Hanover was great about getting back to me and keeping in touch.
