Started within 2 weeks.
The whole process was very simple and took only a few days.
They were very short staffed at the time so I think this had a lot to do with how I was hired and the process involved.

Entretien
I had a phone call with the assistant director to accommodate my limited work schedule. Responded to my emails quickly during scheduling process and was still considered my application when I got sick during the process and wasn't able to come in!

How would you approach a situation where you have a child that tends to bite in a room of 8 toddlers?
it was a seamless process. very straightforward via zoom asking questions about my typical day in the classroom, how to handle conflict between students, parents and teachers. it gave them a chance to see me as a person who enjoys teaching

Entretien
Went great super easy admin to talk to and very welcoming. Asked plenty of questions. And toured me around the building all in the same day. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested.
