Brief phone screening the day after submitting application; later that day a lady called to set up a face to face interview for a couple of days later. At the face to face, met the Recruiter and the hiring manager. I guess they made their decision the first 2 minutes because they talk a lot about how great the company is but no many questions about my skills/qualifications/experience. A few days later got the standard rejection letter.
