45 minute interview with a panel of three people, asking set questions. They offered a warm welcome with a tea and biscuit, and a chance to sit and enjoy the gardens. All the questions were well thought through and related well to the role. The panel were clearly engaged and listening, and interested in what I had to say, and did not interrupt me. I would say there was about 8 questions in all. It was an enjoyable interview.
