First interview was with a hiring crew. Very brief. Second interview with hiring manager was a bit confusing as they had not given her all the information she needed to discuss the position I applied for. Very laid back, but pleasant. I answered questions about my resume and talked about customer service.
Extraordinarily easy, just had to respond to a phone call to schedule an interview, then go in store for a 15 minute interview. Then the decision was returned within the day.

Submit an application they call you in for an in-person interview be sure to tell them your age because i was 15 when i was hired and the assitant manager through a big fit and demanded it never happen again.
