Entretien
Easy to follow interview process. Initial phone call to discuss the role, background and skills, salary expectations etc. This was followed by a design task/homework based on what they would require during employment. It was simple enough that it didn't take up too much time but allowed a good scope for skill and presentation.
Interview offer was pretty much straight away (after a certain deadline, we were allowed 7 days to complete the task). They were very accomodating in allocating a slot outside of normal work hours, interview was longer than I would've liked, however I believe this was just down to the questions asked/topics spoke about, and isn't reflective of every interview.
Very keen management who seem to reflect staff retainment and satisfaction is a key asset to running the business, enthusiastic and relaxed in a way that it wasn't too intimidating and any nerves were easily forgotten. They were very keen to communicate during the whole process, they're also easy to get a hold of if you have any questions.
All in all a very positive experience, I'd say any stress was what you would expect from job searching, but nothing overly strenuous.

Very negative experience. The recruiter forgot to get back to me, until I emailed her asking about how process is going. Obviously I got rejected without a reason, they just 'decided to go with another applicant'
I'm not advising on applying here!
